  • Carpenter

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled carpenter to join our building team in a full-time capacity. Our ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail, a familiarity with modern building techniques and an ability to work quickly. Specific skills are required for this position and include the ability to accurately measure and cut lumber, the knowledge of how to properly frame structures, and the expertise necessary to build specific structures from blueprints.


    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


    Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Outside Sales Representative (Renovations)

    Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The incumbent will be responsible for generating their own leads and also working with leads given by the company. They will qualify them and set in home or in showroom appointments to provide them a quote and close it. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and have technical knowledge about home and business renovations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their sales expertise in a professional environment.


    Requirements: 

    • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals
    • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
    • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Basic computer skills for making estimates and providing them to clients
    • Proficient in written and oral English
    • Must have a valid drivers license; company vehicle will be provided
    • This will be a salary-based pay plus commissions position
    • Hybrid 'on the road' position and in-office or at-home work necessary
