At McCarty Squared Inc., we don’t just build spaces—we craft turnkey, high-detail residential renovations, historical restorations, and custom builds. Based out of our design studio in London, Ontario, our women-owned firm brings a consultative, elevated experience to homeowners across London and surrounding areas.

As our portfolio of unique projects grows, so does our team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Residential Project Manager to act as the vital bridge between our in-house design team, master-level subcontractors, and our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Field: Direct, schedule, and mentor our talented in-house lead carpenters and labourers to maximize daily site productivity.
• Execute On-Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site logistics, coordinate with licensed subcontractors, and enforce strict quality control standards.
• Manage Tech & Admin: Use Houzz Pro daily to update project schedules, track milestones, and log photos. Use QuickBooks to monitor project costs and help keep jobs on budget.
• Connect with Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them smoothly through progress updates and change orders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Preferred experience in construction project management or residential renovations.
• Solid experience leading and motivating in-house carpentry crews and site labourers.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Houzz Pro and QuickBooks (or similar software platforms).
• Deep understanding of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and residential construction methods.
• A valid driver’s license with a good-standing driving record (daily travel to local sites is required).
• Willingness to complete standard background checks.
• A shared passion for historic preservation, energy-efficient building, and fine details.
